STABLES32 new open and closed stables in our airy American Barn. The barn is cool in summer and warm in winter With half open and half closed stabled divided to allow for social and not so sociable horses. |

PADDOCKSWe have 60 acres of group grazing paddocks, where sociable horse are let out together to allow them to mix as a herd. |

INDOOR ARENANewly refurbished indoor arena with useful training aid mirrors for schooling your horse. The cushioned floor is a mix of sand and fibre, which softens an impact on horse muscles. LED lights that don't produce shadows that could spook your horse. outdoor arenaFreshly built outdoor arena measuring 65 x 45m. Nestled into the foot of the North Downs offering exceptional views and even better exercise for your horse. Full set of Jump 4 Joy jumps, dressage boards and letters, for beginner to advanced riders. |

COUNTRYSIDE HACKINGPark Farm is at the end of a quiet road with the beautiful North Downs bridleways just 200 metres away. The hills provide an excellent workout for your horse and give you amazing views of the surrounding countryside. There are plenty of hacking areas for galloping and many of the rides are through woodland allowing your horse to enjoy the shade. |

SOLARIUM HEAT LAMPSOur solarium with Infrared heat lamps is perfect for drying your horse after bathing preventing wet rugs or chills. Lamps can be used to warm your horses' muscles prior to exercise which reduces the risk of injury. |

HOT ShowersThere is nothing better than a clean horse! Having a hot water power shower facility makes your horse easier to groom and saves you from freezing too! The showers are conveniently next door to the solarium. |
